Start Up and Growth Grants
These are funds aimed at social enterprises aiming to deliver services in helath and social care. Up to £50,000 or £200,000, depending on the type of grant, is available.

Communitybuilders Fund criteria confirmed
The Communitybuilders Fund is a £70m investment fund which takes forward a commitment by Government to build more cohesive, empowered and active communities. The Fund will provide a mix of loans, grants and mentoring support to a range of community anchor-type organisations across England.

Islington Community Chest
Islington Community Chest is funded by the Islington Strategic Partnership. Grassroots Grants funding is provided by the Office of the Third Sector. Islington Community Chest provides small grants to voluntary and community groups based in Islington.

Church and Community Fund Grants up to £15,000
The CCF gives grants to community projects run by parish churches, deaneries, dioceses and other bodies connected to or working in partnership with the Church of England.

Tudor Trust Grants
Tudor aims to support work which addresses the social, emotional and financial needs of people at the margins of our society. We are interested in how organisations tackle these needs, and their root causes. We want to encourage growth, progression and development, not just keeping things as they are.

BBC Children in Need
This grant programme is open to organisations working with disadvantaged children and young people who are 18 years old and under. Offers grants from £500 to £100,000. Current grant deadline 15 January 2010.
