Islington Strategic PartnershipIslington Strategic Partnership (ISP) was launched in February 2002. The partnership's role is to oversee the development and implementation of strategies for neighbourhood renewal ,and is responsible for spending government regeneration funds known as the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund. The partnership includes all elements of the voluntary, statutory and private sectors, and it is foreseen that the Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy will be delivered through partnerships around the borough, such as the local Health Action Zone, the Children's Fund Partnership, SureStart etc. All this work will be overseen by the Islington Strategic Partnership Board, which includes representatives from all sectors, including key leaders from statutory agencies such as the council and the health authority, as well as ten voluntary/community sector representatives elected via the Islington Community Network. For details on the partnership and its structures, email IVAC Chief Executive Mike Sherriff or call 020 7354 6365. To view the ISPs vision for 2020, please click on the link
